Affordable Permanent Housing
At Beacon Housing, we strongly believe that a good home life is the fundamental hope of our society. Since our founding, our ultimate goal has been to provide populations in need with permanent housing solutions in a secure and peaceful environment. Leveraging our Founders' expertise in construction and real estate development, Beacon Housing has built a diverse portfolio encompassing a number of affordable housing facilities in the Los Angeles area and Northern California.

Transitional Housing
Beacon Housing recognizes that there remains a need for transitional-style facilities to support individuals and families who may have become homeless due to a personal crisis or a traumatic event. With this in mind, we provide shorter-term housing for female survivors of domestic violence and their children. The moms enroll in an educational program of their choice during their stay.
Applicants are referred from domestic violence shelters and other service agencies. Each woman identifies her personal and family goals and works with the Program Director to customize an action plan to achieve independence.

Academic Enrichment Programs
To support the educational pursuits of underserved students from disadvantaged backgrounds, Beacon Housing offers our residents and the neighboring community educational activities throughout the school year as well as during the summer months.
